If you have food allergies, you must inform the restaurant before placing your order.

4. Risk and Liability

Use of our platform is at your own risk. VESTIGAeat Ltd is not responsible for any costs, losses, or damages from using, or being unable to use, the platform.

This includes issues related to the availability of the platform or delays outside our control.

You may be required to create an account or provide contact details to use the platform.

You are responsible for keeping your account details secure.

Your order details will be used for transactional purposes. With your consent, we may send marketing offers and notifications. We will not share your data with third parties unless it relates to transactions or offers.

6. Orders and Payments

All orders are considered binding offers to purchase.

Orders will be confirmed via on-screen messages, statue update on your user account.

We operate a strict Challenge 25 policy. If you appear under 25, you must provide valid ID when collecting alcohol.

No refunds will be given if ID is not provided when requested.

11. Suspension of Service

We reserve the right to suspend your use of the platform if you breach these Terms and Conditions.

Content may not be copied, distributed, reproduced, or transmitted without written permission.

13. Limitation of Liability

• VESTIGAeat Ltd is not liable for:
• Delays beyond the estimated delivery/collection time.
• Circumstances beyond our control (e.g., weather, traffic).
• Indirect or unforeseeable losses.
• In all cases, our liability is limited to the total price of your order.

14. Governing Law

• These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the United Kingdom. Any disputes will be settled in the courts located where VESTIGA Ltd is headquartered.
